Operating model

Built for clear export coordination

THANHKOREA is developing long-term tropical fruit supply relationships between Vietnam and international buyers.

01 — Operating model

How we coordinate an export programme

THANHKOREA connects supply, packing, documents, logistics and buyer communication through one visible coordination path.

We focus first on Cavendish banana and expand responsibly across selected tropical fruit. Our role is to make product requirements, documentation and shipment coordination easier to understand before a commercial agreement is made.
